The Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), established in May 2019, is a professional intermediary organization. TAICCA gains its double advantage from a board of directors comprising professionals from various disciplines in the private sector as well as from a governmental interdepartmental support system. TAICCA assists with the development of cultural content industries, including film, television, popular music, graphic art publishing, digital publishing, animation, comics, and games (ACG), fashion, supports for art production, culture technology, etc. TAICCA will manage the National Development Fund and integrate it with Taiwan’s present advantages: mature information and communications technologies, a developed, thriving economy, the new 5G mobile network and AI, to develop original IP, advanced culture technology, and creative startups, with the aim of branding Taiwan’s cultural contents and presenting Taiwan’s best features to the world.
