The program is divided in 5 Modules:
Module 1 - International Productions Filmed in São Paulo
Module 2 - Brazilian Productions Filmed in São Paulo
Module 3 - International Advertising Productions Filmed in São Paulo
Module 4 - Screenplay of International Productions that Include São Paulo and / or a Character From São Paulo in their Narratives (no obligation to shoot in São Paulo)
Module 5 - Prospecting Missions (for production companies interested in filming in São Paulo)

Minimum Spend
R$ 2 million (around US$400k) for Modules 1 and 3.
R$ 1 million (around US$200k) for Module 2.
No minimum spend for Modules 4 and 5.

Eligible Expenses
for Modules 1, 2 and 3.
Fixed costs, as well as personnel remuneration of the associated Brazilian production company;
Fees or payments of any kind attributed to service providers, individuals or legal entities, who are domiciled or headquartered in the City of São Paulo;
Up to the limit of 35% of the total expenditure incurred in the city of São Paulo / SP, the expenses related to the following remunerations are eligible, observing a sub-limit of 10% per item:
a) Producers and production companies, including executive producers.
b) Directors
c) Screenwriters
d) Other authors, such as authors of pre-existing projects and musical composers.
e) Main cast

for Module 5 (Prospection)
Airfare;
Insurance;
Accommodation;
Per diem (food and transportation);
Hiring of production service in the city of São Paulo;
Hiring of location production service in the city of São Paulo.
